Trackstake is a sports betting tracking and analysis tool. It lets you record bets placed elsewhere, follow their outcome and draw statistics from them.

The service takes no bets, holds no funds and pays out no winnings. It provides no tips, no advice and no staking recommendation.

The service is reserved for adults. By creating an account, you declare that you are eighteen or over.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you record and for keeping your password confidential. An account is personal.

Betting should remain a pastime. If it stops being one, help exists in your country; in France, Joueurs Info Service on 09 74 75 13 13.

A bankroll marked strict applies a rule you choose deliberately: a bet recorded there can no longer be edited or deleted, and its result is entered once. Every action is written into a hash-chained log.

That rule is the heart of the service and admits no discretionary exception. The only possible corrections go through explicit procedures, which are counted and displayed publicly on the bankroll concerned.

This mechanism is designed to make tampering detectable, not impossible. It is described that way throughout the product, and you should not read more into it.

You may make your profile, a bankroll or a bet public. These features are off by default and you can turn them off at any time — which does not recall copies already made by third parties.

You remain responsible for what you publish. The publisher may remove manifestly unlawful or misleading content, and suspend the account behind it.

Some features consume credits, because each use has a real cost. A credit is not currency: it cannot currently be bought on its own, cannot be withdrawn, cannot be resold and has no cash equivalent.

A reading that could not be carried out — an outage, a provider unavailable — is refunded in credits. A reading that was carried out is owed, even if its result does not suit you: the operation took place and was billed to the publisher.

The Premium subscription is not open for purchase at this date. No payment is collected by the service, and no payment method is requested from you.

The service is provided as is, without any guarantee of continuous availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or because of a provider.

Statistics, calculators and simulations are provided for information and rest on the data you enter. The publisher cannot be held liable for the betting decisions you make, nor for the financial losses that follow.

An automatic slip reading can be wrong. That is why it never creates a bet directly: it pre-fills a form that you review and confirm.

You may delete your account at any time from the settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

The publisher may suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of these terms, abusive use of the service, or an attempt to circumvent its limits.

These terms may change. The date of the latest revision appears at the top of the page, and any substantial change will be signalled to you in the product.

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, the French courts have jurisdiction. You may also refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator.
